It is required that proposed improvements be submitted for approval to the WTHOA Architectural Control Committee prior to beginning construction.
It is highly recommended that Home Improvement Approval forms be submitted at least 30 days before commencement of construction to ensure adequate review time and resolution of any issues related to the approval.

- Rental fees: $35.00 for 0-4 hours, $100.00 for the entire day

Legal Documents
The Deed Restrictions (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) are the rules that govern our community. All homeowners are required to comply with these restrictions. For questions regarding deed restrictions, you may contact the WTHOA Deed Restriction Committee via the contact form.
Important Notice
These restrictions are binding on all property owners and run with the land, meaning they transfer with property ownership.
