The Wilderness Trails Home Owners Association
serves the neighborhoods of The
Pines of Wilderness Trails and Wilderness Trails. Building began in the neighborhood
in 1979 and new homes are currently being built. |
The Pines of Wilderness Trails and Wilderness Trails are located in Galveston
county Texas.
Our Mission
As members of the association, we hope to ensure Wilderness Trails and The Pines of Wilderness Trails
continues to thrive and prosper. We strive to make the neighborhood a
truly exceptional and desirable place in which to live.
For Your Information
The Board Members and Committee Members volunteer their time to preserve and
increase our home values and our quality of life. The members are mindful
of the future for our neighborhood therefore, they are aware that decisions
they make affect us all.
Your Dues
Services provided by the Homeowners Association include lawn care, exterior
maintenance and water. Once dues are paid, you will receive a key for the
pool located on Applewood. Your dues also help maintain the pool
chemicals, life guards and insurance associated with the pool.
The yearly dues are $240.00. All homeowners
association dues are billed in arrears. Dues are billed annually and
are the same for all residents.
