Facility Rental Agreement
(For Castlewood Park & Applewood
Pool)

Rental fees: $35.00 for 0-4 hours, $100 for entire
day.
Clean up/deposit fee: $150.00

Request for Home
Improvement Approval
Please Note:
It
is required that proposed improvements be submitted for approval to the
WTHOA Architectural Control Committee prior to beginning construction.
It is hightly recommended that Home Improvement Approval forms be submitted
at least 30
days before commencement of construction to ensure adequate review time
by the Architectural Control Committee and resolution of any issues related
to the approval. In order to expedite the process, please email all requests to the Architectural Control Committee chair (arch_control@wthoa.org) when possible. |
- If you have questions regarding potential
home improvements, you may contact the WTHOA Architectural Control
Committee via e-mail.
- Some home improvements may also require inspection
and permits from the City of Friendswood. Please visit the
City of Friendswood website for more details.
